That principle decides every case below.<\/p>\n\n                    <div class=\"rmp-duo\">\n                        <article class=\"rmp-caso rmp-caso--verde\">\n                            <p class=\"rmp-caso__label\">If we cancel<\/p>\n                            <h3>Bad weather<\/h3>\n                            <p>The flight can be cancelled and rescheduled for safety reasons when weather conditions do not allow flying.<\/p>\n                            <ul class=\"rmp-lista rmp-lista--si\"><li>Rescheduling at no additional cost. The new date is agreed with our reservations team.<\/li><li>Refund of the deposit if you cannot reschedule, whenever we are the ones cancelling the flight for safety reasons.<\/li><\/ul>                        <\/article>\n\n                        <article class=\"rmp-caso rmp-caso--oro\">\n                            <p class=\"rmp-caso__label\">If you cancel<\/p>\n                            <h3>48 hours in advance<\/h3>\n                            <p>Both rescheduling and cancellation require notice at least 48 hours before the date scheduled for the activity.<\/p>\n                            <ul class=\"rmp-lista rmp-lista--si\"><li>Rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice: no additional cost, new date agreed with reservations.<\/li><li>Cancellation with at least 48 hours notice: request it with our reservations team.<\/li><\/ul>                        <\/article>\n                    <\/div>\n\n                    <div class=\"rmp-nota\">\n                        <h3>This applies in every case<\/h3>\n                        <ul class=\"rmp-lista rmp-lista--aviso\"><li>Add-ons already contracted for the flight (accommodation, transport, custom banners, rose bouquet and similar) must be covered and are deducted from the booking amount.<\/li><li>Bookings made within the 24 hours before the flight have no date changes and no refunds.<\/li><li>If you do not show up at the agreed time, the service is considered rendered.<\/li><\/ul>                    <\/div>\n                <\/section>\n\n                <!-- 2. Please read this before you pay.<\/p>\n\n                    <div class=\"rmp-duo\">\n                        <article class=\"rmp-caso rmp-caso--rojo\">\n                            <p class=\"rmp-caso__label\">Not allowed<\/p>\n                            <h3>Who cannot board<\/h3>\n                            <ul class=\"rmp-lista rmp-lista--no\"><li>Children under 4 years old.<\/li><li>Pregnant women.<\/li><li>Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other substance. Once that time has passed the pilot has the right to take off, so being late can mean losing the flight.<\/p>\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li>\n                            <strong>Dress warm<\/strong>\n                            <p>Comfortable, warm clothing. Mornings in the Teotihuacan Valley are cold even in summer.<\/p>\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li>\n                            <strong>Comfortable shoes<\/strong>\n                            <p>Closed, comfortable shoes. You will walk on uneven ground at the launch and landing sites.<\/p>\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li>\n                            <strong>Bring official ID<\/strong>\n                            <p>Physical or digital. It works as your boarding pass at check-in.<\/p>\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li>\n                            <strong>Settle the balance before boarding<\/strong>\n                            <p>Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and cash. Credit and debit card charges made at the launch site are subject to a 5% fee (Mercado Pago terminal) and the exchange rate of the day.<\/p>\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li>\n                            <strong>Sign the liability waiver<\/strong>\n                            <p>Passenger registration: each passenger signs a liability waiver before boarding the balloon. There is no guarantee that the aircraft will follow a given direction or fly over a specific route.<\/p>\n                        <\/article>\n                        <article>\n                            <h3>Flight duration<\/h3>\n                            <p>The target flight time is 45 minutes, but the duration can be adjusted by: low visibility; a change in wind speed and direction that is considered a risk for passengers; misbehaviour or a crisis presented by any of the passengers.<\/p>\n                        <\/article>\n                        <article>\n                            <h3>The pilot has the final word<\/h3>\n                            <p>The pilot is responsible for the flight and has the authority to decide whether takeoff happens, as well as the duration of the flight, under the circumstances above and for evident safety reasons.<\/p>\n                        <\/article>\n                        <article>\n                            <h3>Booking and payment<\/h3>\n                            <p>Book at least 3 days before the flight date so we can confirm availability. To register each passenger we need full name, weight in kilograms, age and a contact phone number.
