What time should I arrive?
Flights take place at sunrise, with a single departure at 5:30 a.m. Check the details of your flight and the confirmation you will receive.
Does the balloon fly over the pyramids?
The flight takes place over the Teotihuacan Valley. The exact route changes with the wind, so flying over a specific point cannot be guaranteed.
What happens if the weather does not allow flying?
Safety comes first. The pilot evaluates the conditions and, if it is not safe to take off, the team will help you with the applicable rescheduling options.
What should I bring?
Warm clothing for the morning, comfortable shoes and official ID, physical or digital. The ID works as your boarding pass.
Are there age or weight restrictions?
On shared flights we recommend a minimum age of 5 years or a minimum height of 1.10 m. If a passenger is over 99 kg, contact us before paying so we can review safety and possible surcharges.
