Your morning in Teotihuacan
Check-in is at 5:30 a.m. Route, flight time, and landing point depend on the wind and the weather conditions of the day.
We welcome you with coffee and cookies while you check in, surrounded by trees and green areas.
You watch up close how a balloon is prepared. It is the best moment for photos: we take a portrait session of you and your companions.
We board the basket one by one and the captain gives a few simple safety instructions before flying.
Enjoy a target flight time of approximately 45 minutes. The wind decides the direction, so passing directly over a specific landmark cannot be guaranteed.
There is no fixed landing spot. Our experienced captain always chooses a safe place for the passengers and for the balloon.
It is a tradition to toast after flying the skies. You also receive your flight certificate with your name on it.
The support crew takes you back to the starting point and hands you your breakfast pass. There you can see your photos and videos.
You close the morning with a buffet breakfast at a restaurant in the Teotihuacan archaeological zone, according to the flight you chose.

The flight takes place over the Teotihuacan Valley. The exact route changes with the wind, so flying over a specific point cannot be guaranteed.
Safety comes first. If we cancel the flight for weather or operational reasons, you may reschedule at no additional cost or request a 100% refund.
Warm clothing for the morning, comfortable shoes and official ID, physical or digital. The ID works as your boarding pass.
Children under 4 years old cannot fly, and passengers shorter than 1.20 m need to be confirmed with us first. There is no extra charge up to 100 kg; from 101 kg, an extra charge of $30 MXN applies for each additional kilo. Pregnant women cannot fly.
Yes. The secure online charge is made in Mexican pesos (MXN). If your card uses another currency, your bank converts the amount and determines the final exchange rate. You can also message us on WhatsApp if you need help before paying.
Yes. With at least 24 hours notice, you may reschedule at no additional cost or cancel for a 100% refund. Requests made less than 24 hours before the flight require review by our reservations team.
