¿El globo pasa sobre las pirámides?

El vuelo se realiza sobre el Valle de Teotihuacán. La ruta exacta cambia con el viento, por lo que no se puede garantizar pasar sobre un punto específico.

¿Qué sucede si el clima no permite volar?

La seguridad es prioridad. El piloto evalúa las condiciones y, si no es seguro despegar, el equipo te ayudará con las opciones de reprogramación aplicables.

Ropa abrigadora para la mañana, calzado cómodo e identificación oficial física o digital. La identificación funciona como pase de abordar.

¿Hay restricciones de edad o peso?

Los menores de 4 años no pueden volar. Los pasajeros con estatura menor a 1.20 m requieren confirmación previa. El límite de referencia es de 100 kg por pasajero; al rebasarlo aplica un cargo de $30 MXN por cada kilo adicional. Las mujeres embarazadas no pueden volar.
